Paradichlorobenzene jobs by softening and assisting the removal of hardened ear wax. Chlorbutol is a chemical. Turpentine Oil creates warmth and soreness which can aid ease pain in the ear. Lidocaine/Lignocaine is an anesthetic. It functions by obstructing pain signals from the nerves to brain which reduces sensation of discomfort.
